How are TipTop CA CTA and PGDA classes conducted?
Classes are conducted online through Microsoft Teams. Live teaching, guided question practice, recorded lessons, notes and revision material are organised through the TipTop CA student dashboard.
When are the live classes?
Classes are mostly held at 19:30 on Saturdays, Sundays and selected weekdays. The current class schedule and any additional sessions are published under Timetable on the student dashboard.
Where do I find my Microsoft Teams login details?
Your TipTop CA Microsoft account email and temporary password are already displayed on your dashboard. Copy those Microsoft account details exactly as shown and use them to sign in to Microsoft Teams.
Where do I find the Microsoft Teams meeting links?
Open your student dashboard and select Timetable. The meeting link for each scheduled class is provided with the relevant timetable entry.
Do you practise questions with students during classes?
Yes. Live sessions include guided question practice, application of technical principles and discussion of how to approach and present answers in assessments and examinations.
Are recorded lessons included?
Yes. The programme includes pre-recorded content that explains important principles, together with recordings and additional learning support where these form part of the selected module.
Do I receive notes and study material before class?
Yes. Notes, principle-explanation videos and other preparation material are made available in advance so that you can prepare for live sessions and stay ahead of the programme.
Can I study ahead or finish the content early?
Yes. Because preparation material and recorded content are available through the LMS, you can work ahead at your own pace and complete available content earlier while still attending live support sessions.
Can I enrol after classes have already started?
Yes. You can enrol when an intake or module is available and begin with the recorded and preparation material already on the LMS. The dashboard timetable will show the live sessions you can join after enrolment.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly payment options are available for eligible purchases. Select your modules first and the checkout page will display the payment durations and amounts currently available for your order.
Where can I check my payments and account statement?
Sign in to your student dashboard and open My Payments. That page contains your payment history, current account information and account statement.
Which institutions and programmes do you support?
TipTop CA supports Milpark BCTA and PGDA students, as well as UNISA CTA and PGDA students, including CTA Level 1 and CTA Level 2. Select the modules that match your current institutional registration.
Do you offer IAC and APC preparation?
IAC and APC preparation are offered through TrueForth Chartered Success Africa, also known as TCSA and APC Studio. The IAC and APC pathway is linked from the TipTop CA programme presentation.
Is the TCSA IAC course included for TipTop CA students?
Students who complete the applicable TipTop CA programme currently receive access to the TCSA IAC course at no additional cost. The team will confirm eligibility and access arrangements when the programme is completed.
How do I buy CTA or PGDA modules?
Choose the modules that match your programme, review the selection shown in your cart and continue to checkout. You may add modules before signing in. If you are new, create and verify your account during checkout; if you already have an account, sign in and continue with the payment option displayed.
