Embracing CTA2025
As we begin 2025, I am excited that I have dedicated all resources to guide Tiptop CA into a year of excellence and achievement.
My focus this year is clear:
•Improving pass rates so more students can achieve their dreams.
•Enhancing affordability to make high-quality support accessible to all.
•Mentoring new CTA/IAC/APC candidates and supporting our future CAs(SA) with the care and expertise they deserve.
To our students, especially those struggling, I want to say: I’ve been in your shoes. As a former UNISA student, I know how tough this journey can be. But I also know the joy of breakthrough moments. Don’t lose hope—success might be closer than you think. Together, we can achieve greatness.
For the past two years, I dedicated my time to training in curriculum development, assessment design, and critically studying the CA2025 competency framework. I also had the privilege of running an APC program, gaining invaluable insights.
This year, I’m back and fully committed to leading Tiptop CA’s CTA programs and IAC support. Our upgraded services reflect everything I’ve learned, with a focus on achieving even higher pass rates and helping students secure distinctions.
